3 1/2 Months!

We can't believe Sean is already 3 1/2 months! He is changing so much and showing more of his sweet personality everyday. We never get tired of seeing his infectious smile that lights up the entire room. We are so blessed to have such a happy baby boy!

Family Trip!

This past weekend we took a family trip to a bed and breakfast in Burnet, Texas. We were there to celebrate my good friend Jennifer's 30th birthday. Jennifer and I have been best friends since preschool and we have always enjoyed celebrating our birthday's in the same month since we are only two weeks a part. We had so much fun as a family and we were SO proud of how well Sean did. It was so nice catching up with friends and enjoying the beautiful hill country. Happy 30th birthday Jenn!

The Big 3-0!!

These are some pictures from my big 30th birthday celebration. A few weeks ago, Jim and some of my good friends put together a birthday celebration at Mi Cocina for me. We had so much fun on the outdoor patio and had lots of good laughs together. It was one of the best birthday celebrations that I have ever had! My favorite gift was from my dear husband, which was a Canon Rebel camera. Now, I will not miss any of baby Sean's precious smiles! Thank you so much Jim for making my 30th so special! Also, I appreciate all my friends for taking time out of their busy lives to come and celebrate such a memorable birthday!

Sean's First Easter!

Easter was even more special this year, getting to share it with our precious son, Sean Wheeler. We were also happy to have Gram and Papa here to celebrate with us. We all enjoyed a beautiful church service and dinner as a family. This time of year, as Christians, we reflect on the price that Christ paid for our sins on that cruel cross, but we rejoice that He is our risen King! As new parents, we look forward to sharing the true meaning of Easter to our beloved son that God has blessed us with!

First Time in the Nursery!

Last weekend was Sean's first time in the church nursery. We were so proud that Sean didn't get kicked out the first week:) It was somewhat hard for mommy to leave her baby for the very first time, but I knew Sean was in good hands. Sean is looking forward to seeing all his new baby friends again soon!

2 1/2 Months Old!

We've had such an exciting, but busy month & a half with sweet baby Sean. We have had such a great time having family stay with us and taking Sean out and about. We are truly blessed with a healthy and happy baby boy! At Sean's two month doctor appointment he weighed 12.11 lbs. and 24.21 in. Sean is in the 75 percentile weight wise, and in the 90 percentile height wise, so he is one BIG boy! Some of Sean's favorite things are...taking strolls around the block, hanging out in his bouncer, and watching Baby Einstein videos. Mommy and daddy are loving all the sweet coos and precious smiles from Sean. His new trick is mimicking facial expressions, such as sticking out his tongue and making clicking noises with it. Jim and I could seriously be entertained for days watching our sweet baby boy!
