Easter 2011

Easter weekend, we headed out to the ranch! We enjoyed a wonderful Easter service, good food, family, and of course hunting Easter eggs! Sean really got into it this year, and it was so fun watching him. It was so cute how he would shake every egg to make sure he had some goodies inside there. Sometime he would even throw them back if they didn’t have what he liked. He’s a funny little guy! We only spent one night, since lil’ bit never sleeps very well while we are away. {sigh} Maybe one year he will grow out of it. Since we got very little sleep, Jim, Sean and I were up at 6 a.m. to have our very own sunrise service. Love being up before the sun is up, especially on non-work days:) What a great weekend we had celebrating our Risen King with the ones we love!

Eggstravaganza!

Our church had an Easter event with lots of games, blow-ups and of course a huge egg hunt! ! Sean had a blast with all the festivities and we had a great time watching him soak it all up. We are so thankful for our church and all the wonderful things it has to offer!
