Sean’s 1st Time to the Zoo!!

A few weeks ago, we took Sean to his first Zoo outing.  We planned on going to the Fort Worth Zoo, but there was rain in the forecast, so we stayed close and went to Dallas.  It ended up being the perfect weather for going, not too hot and not too crowded. We were really pleased in how nice the Dallas Zoo was, but know it’s hard to compare to Fort Worth.  Overall, we had a great time as a family and look forward to taking Sean again!

Ducks!!

It’s pretty crazy to see ducks in our neighborhood, but lately we’ve had two ducks that show up every evening to be fed by other neighbors.  The other morning, we were surprised to see them in our yard so early in the day.  So,we quickly got the bread and camera and had a little fun.  Here is some cute shots of Sean in his PJ’s eating the ducks food:)

Uncle Blan’s Graduation!

A few weeks ago, we flew up to Canyon, Texas to watch Jim’s little brother graduate from West Texas A&M.  We were so proud of Sean for doing so good on the flight up there and back, but bedtime was a different story:(  We got very little rest, to say the least…Overall, we had so much fun being with family and celebrating Blan’s accomplishments!

“Blue” bonnets!

Sean was a little “blue,” to say the least, when taking pictures of him in the bluebonnets a few weeks ago.  Not to mention, that he was very tired and hungry.  I couldn’t resist stopping on the side of the road that day, since I never see bluebonnets anywhere near our house. Oh’ well, at least I got my bluebonnet pictures that I have been wanting, even though I had to listen to a screaming child all the way home!  Lets just say, I didn’t get the “mother of the year” award that day!
