Summer Fun with Family!

We had so much fun meeting up with my brother's family back home at my parents. My brother has three kids, Dane 5, Hudson 2, and 10 months old Harper. We were so excited to get the babies together since they are so close in age. We had a great time enjoying my parents pool even though the sun wasn't out and the water was a bit chilly. My brother's kids didn't mind the cold water, but baby Sean decided to forego the swimming this trip. We look forward to getting all the kids together again soon!

Jim's First Father's Day

For Father's Day I had Sean's picture made to replicate a picture of Jim as a baby. I was so thankful how well Sean smiled and how good the pictures turned out. Daddy was very surprised to get the pictures and loved his baby boy all "Aggied-out" with his football! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful father and husband that does so much for our family. We couldn't have ask for a more loving and devoted daddy.

Some of the things that Sean's loves about his daddy...

how happy daddy is to see me even though he has had a hard day at work
the stories daddy reads me everynight before bedtime
how excited daddy gets about giving me a bath
how daddy plays with me in the floor every evening to give mommy a break
when daddy teaches me how to count to five
how daddy always peeks in to see me sleeping every morning before he goes to work
when daddy takes me in the jogging stroller to run with him
how daddy is not embarrassed to carry me in a sling or baby bjorn in public;)
when daddy and I get to watch sports together, and dad actually thinks I like it
how daddy is always willing to take care of me by himself so we can have our "male bonding time"
when daddy makes funny noises at me and makes me belly laugh
the patience daddy has when I cry so loud that the dog starts to howl
Most of all...for the sweet prayers that daddy says over me everynight.

These are just a few of the things that I love about my daddy and I know their will be many more to come in the years ahead. Thanks for being so awesome! Happy Father's Day to Daddy, Papa, Daddy B, Grandad, and Uncle Brad!
Love You,
Sean Wheeler

Sean's First VBS!

A few weeks ago I helped out with VBS at our church while Sean had fun with his friends in the nursery. I had such a blast all week working with 15 two-year-olds! Now I know what to expect from Sean in the next few years;) The best part of VBS was getting all the precious art work that Sean made each day. I was one proud mommy!

First day with Sean's teacher, Mrs. Julie
Second Day!
A rare shot of Sean sleeping in the nursery;)

I love the look on his face...

I love his sweet little finger prints:)

It's Cereal Time!

It's official! The doctor gave me the okay to start on solids! My first thing to try was rice cereal and I absolutely looooove it! Mommy and daddy were so proud of how good of an eater I am! Here are some pictures of me, Sean Wheeler, enjoying my cereal!
All ready to eat!
I'm not sure how to use this thing!
I'll just lap it like a dog:)
This stuff is pretty yummy!
More please! This eating like an adult thing is really fun!I sure am little for this big highchair!
